Circe Dunnell Year of Appointment: 2001 Department: Upper School Visual Arts College Affiliations and Degrees: BFA: University of Massachusetts at Amherst; MA of Fine Art: New York University Circe Dunnell is a practicing visual artist, (circedunnell.com) working in mixed media, encaustic (molten pigmented wax) and digital photography. She has exhibited in Graz, Austria, New England, New York and New Jersey. Circe has been a long-standing member of Studio Montclair since its inception in 1996. She grew up at Brooks School, a boarding school where both her father and uncle taught English and has been involved in education ever since. A native of northern Massachusetts, Circe has made New Jersey her home since 1994. |

Jennifer Hill Jennifer Hall Hill has had the honor of performing in the Westminster Symphonic Choir under Ricardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, and Kurt Masur among others. The highlight of her college choir experience was performing along with a select group of Symphonic Choir members in Leonard Bernstein’s East Coast Memorial Service at Carnegie Hall. She is presently studying for her Kodaly Certification at Hartt School of Music and while there, she is a member of the Hartt Kodaly Choir directed by Ed Bolkovac. She is a member of the Organization of American Kodaly Educators. Ms. Hill enjoys spending time with friends and family and volunteering at a local Living History Farm. |

Florence Gange Year of Appointment: 1999 Departments: Upper School Dean of Faculty and English Collegiate Affiliations and Degrees: SUNY @ Plattsburgh, BA, Secondary English Education; Mrs. Gange joined Rutgers Preparatory School in 1999 and is currently the Dean of Faculty. She is also a member of the English department. Prior to joining Rutgers Prep, Mrs. Gange worked in the pharmaceutical industry as a management development trainer. Mrs. Gange began her career in public school education and still serves that sector as a board of education member for her local public school system. Mrs. Gange has twin daughters who graduated from Rutgers Prep and now attend colleges in the Boston area. Past times include book clubs, bike riding, cinema, crafts, cooking, and sight-seeing. |

In addition to his work at Rutgers Preparatory School, Mr. Gill is a therapist for Comprehensive Mental Health Services in Pennington NJ. Mr. Gill is an accomplished athlete, having played soccer and ice hockey on high school and college teams. She has taught students in grades K-12 in public, charter, and independent schools. Her artwork is mixed media and encaustic based. [Encaustic is an ancient painting medium dating back to Egyptian times, and uses pigment that is suspended in beeswax and combined with resin.] |

Karin Krauszer Year of Appointment- 2000 Karin follows a long family tradition of being affiliated with RPS. Her three children Robert '05, Jimmy '07 and Kim '11 are third generation alums of RPS along with her husband Jim ’78 and his father Jack ’47. Karin enjoys summers at the Jersey shore, which include boating and fishing, and spending time with her family and friends all year long. |

I have been a member of the RPS faculty for my entire teaching career (30 years). My wife, Sue, and I are the proud parents of a Rutgers Prep graduate, Jackie Class of 2011, who attended Rutgers Prep since she was 3 years old. She is currently a sophomore at Gettysburg College. I have coached a variety of sports during my tenure, including State Championship teams in Baseball (1989) and Softball (2010). My greatest joy has come in coaching Softball with my wife, and having had the opportunity to coach our daughter. |
