Rutgers Preparatory School admits students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the School. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs and athletic and other school administered programs. RPS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in access to, or employment, or admissions for it's programs and activities. Barbara Heath, director of human resources, has been designated to handle inquiries regarding non-discrimination policies.
