Volleyball

The Rutgers Prep girls volleyball team made history, defeating St. Mary’s in straight sets, 25-23 and 28-26, to win the program's first Non-Public B State Title in 2023. The team previously also took the Skyland Conference championship and was the Prep State Championship runner-up in 2015. The girls have a history of success winning four NJSIAA State Championships and nine Patriot Conference championships.

Our coaching philosophy is founded on learning the game from the first contact up. While hitting and serving are essential, we believe that passing and ball control wins matches. The coaches maintain a competitive atmosphere while encouraging teamwork, sportsmanship and fair play.
