Cross Country - Middle School Coed
Our no cut policy allows any student that wants to join our team to do so. We believe anyone can be a runner and by season’s end, they all are!
We also encourage each runner to:
- Do their best both at practice and at meets.
- Work through fatigue and learn how mentally tough they can be.
- Set personal goals for themselves and try to improve a little each day.
- Think about what types of food they are eating and how that affects performance.
Although we know not every athlete will run the rest of their lives, we do hope they gain an appreciation for what it means to be active, and how running can help them achieve their fitness goals.
