Welcome everyone to the School Store, located opposite the Dining Commons. Below you will find instructions for ordering books through Follett Book Company as well as additional information about the School Store. 

 

For the Lower School:

No book purchases are required. The School Store carries all of the required supplies and clothes for each of the grades. Please stop by on any of the days listed above for your back-to-school needs.

For the Middle School:

All Middle School books may be purchased through Follett Book Company at https://www.bkstr.com/rutgerspreparatorystore/home. To ensure timely delivery to your home it is suggested that you place your order early. Students are expected to have all of their books with them for their first day of classes. Regulation clothing and required supplies can be purchased at the School Store on any of the days listed above for your back-to-school needs.

For the Upper School:

All Upper School books may be purchased through Follett Book Company at https://www.bkstr.com/rutgerspreparatorystore/home. To ensure timely delivery to your home it is suggested that you place your order early. Students are expected to have all of their books with them for their first day of classes. eBooks must be purchased at the School Store as indicated for specific classes under course selection. Regulation clothing and required supplies can be purchased at the School Store on any of the days listed above for your back-to-school needs.

 

For New Families:

Let me take this opportunity to welcome new parents and students and to introduce you to some of the services we offer. The School Store accepts account deposits into the student’s School Store account for the purpose of purchasing clothing and supplies during the school year, or for a withdrawal of up to $10.00 per day. This is recommended since, unfortunately, no credit can be extended to any student.

For all purchases we accept cash, check, MasterCard, and Visa. Account deposits, for the purpose of withdrawals, cannot be charged on credit cards. You can, however, keep your credit card on file for purchases.

Please note that RPS gym clothing is recommended and available, but no mandatory. Locks must be purchased from the School Store by students in grades 9, 10, and 11 (one lock) and in grades 6, 7, and 8 (two locks).

 

For Everyone:

If you have any questions or special requests throughout the school year, please do not hesitate to call the School Store (Ext. 240) on the days listed above during regular School Store hours. For those Lower School parents whose children do not have access to the School Store, you may send orders in with payment to your child’s teacher who will pass it on to me for immediate classroom delivery.

In closing, the School Store is fully-stocked and we invite everyone to please stop by to see the lovely selection of new clothing and accessories that are arriving daily. In addition to Nike, Under Armour, and Vineyard Vines, there are many other brands of sweatshirts and t-shirts that we carry. We also have Adidas, Cutter & Buck, Champion, Holloway, Lands End, and Ogio regulation shirts. We also have a full line of youth regulation shirts, full-zip sweatshirts, and sweatpants. Store hours and days beyond October 1 will be posted closer to that time. We look forward to seeing you soon!
