No. 1 Rutgers Prep tops Gill St. Bernard’s for Prep B girls soccer title

Nyla Lopez had a goal and an assist as top-seeded Rutgers Prep, No. 1 in the NJ.com Top 20, defeated second-seeded Gill St. Bernard’s, 3-1, in the Prep B Tournament final in Somerset.

Addison Halpern and Ava Mason each scored a goal for Rutgers Prep (18-0), which hasn‘t been defeated since falling 2-1 to Pennington in last year’s Prep Tournament final. Jordan Reigrod made three saves and both Gianna Bowman and Aliya Davis had two.
