Sixth Graders and the Last Crusade

As part of their study of the medieval Mediterranean world, Mr. Mitchell's sixth graders wrapped up the year with a brief introduction to the importance of the Crusades. After locating important places and researching key facts about the Crusades, students set out on their own “Crusade” around Rutgers Prep.

Each team chose a “champion” who went from location to location, collecting questions for their group to answer in complete sentences or face a penalty.

The fastest and most accurate team won. Congratulations to this year’s winner, Cedar Ridge!
