Jessie Wang ’27 Recognized in Congressional Art Competition
Congratulations to Jessie Wang ’27, who earned fifth place in the 2025 Congressional Art Competition for New Jersey’s 12th District! This nationwide contest, now in its 44th year, celebrates the creative work of high school students across the country.
Jessie’s painting, titled "The Sun," will be displayed in the district office of Representative Bonnie Watson Coleman, who met Jessie at the awards ceremony and congratulated her for the accomplishment and all the hard work that went into it. The event also gave Jessie the chance to connect with professors from both Princeton University and Rutgers University, who shared words of encouragement as well.
Well done, Jessie! 👏
