Junior Kindergarten Celebrates Mid-Autumn Festival

A huge thank you to Amelia Huang and Ye Zhang, two JK mothers, for joining us this week to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. The Mid-Autumn Festival, also known as the Moon Festival, is celebrated by Chinese people all around the world, and takes place on the night of the largest, brightest full moon of the year. Amelia and Ye read our students “Peppa and the Moon Festival,” guided them through a craft, and shared delicious mooncakes, a traditional treat of the holiday, with the class.
