Ms. Rasnitsyn Published for Graduate Research in Teaching Practices for Multilingual Learners
RPS Middle School math teacher Shelly Rasnitsyn was recently published in the TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) newsletter, alongside her peers at The College of New Jersey. Their article entitled “Observing And Exploring Accessibility And Equitability Of Practices In The Teaching And Assessment Of Multilingual Learners” detailed the findings of the research they conducted in order to explore teaching and assessment practices for identifying, evaluating, and supporting Multilingual Learners with or without disabilities.
