Upper Schoolers Deliver Stellar Production of "Brian the Comet"
Last night the curtain rose on the Upper School Spring Play, "Brian the Comet," a powerful one-act by Emily Hageman about uncertainty, fear, and hope. We can't say enough about the stellar job our cast and crew did in putting on this show. If you haven't already, make plans to see the play tonight or tomorrow night at 7 p.m. in the Renda Black Box Theater here on campus. We hope to see you there!
“Brian the Comet”

Synopsis:
Jude's mom is an astronaut 254 miles away on the International Space Station, so when her father is diagnosed with lung cancer, Jude finds herself acting as mission control, spending long hours in the hospital. Brian is always at the hospital. His brain is prone to aneurysms, and neither he nor the doctors know what lies ahead. When a chance meeting brings them together, Jude and Brian connect both because of and despite the uncertainties governing their lives, orbited by the ensemble of actors telling their story and playing a variety of characters populating their universe.
