A Letter from the Head of School

A Letter from the Head of School

Dear Friends,

As we reflect on the remarkable achievements of the fall semester, it is with immense pleasure that I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each member of our vibrant school community for your partnership. The experiences we've shared, from heartwarming acts of generosity to thrilling victories, have shaped our journey. As we browse the stories in this magazine, may we take pride in the accomplishments of our students, the dedication of our faculty, and the unwavering support of our parents and alumni during the exciting events of the fall semester.

This year we have once again witnessed the remarkable resilience, unity, and support that define our community. From the heartwarming Rise Against Hunger event, where students packed 55,000 meals for people in developing nations, to the outstanding victories of our Girls Soccer and Girls Volleyball Teams, both of whom won their respective State Championships, the fall semester has been a testament to the incredible tapestry of talents, experiences, and backgrounds that make our school truly exceptional.

Our students, with their boundless curiosity, come from a myriad of cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. This diversity is not merely a characteristic of our community, it is the foundation upon which we build an inclusive, enriching environment that fosters growth and understanding. We celebrate the richness of perspectives that each individual brings to our community because it is through the understanding and appreciation of our differences that our students learn, grow, and become more compassionate individuals, preparing to navigate the complexities of the world.

Let us continue to cherish and celebrate the opportunities that make us stronger, more resilient, and uniquely Rutgers Prep.

Wishing you a peaceful winter break!

Sincerely,

Steve Loy,
Head of School
