At Garden State Lacrosse Camp, the teaching is based on three core beliefs:

Garden State Lacrosse Camp teaches a breed of lacrosse that is equally beneficial to the athlete regardless of his or her natural ability. What we teach is straightforward and makes sense. The skills we teach are applicable to every level of lacrosse, from youth game up through college. MAXIMIZING EFFICIENCY is the cornerstone of our teaching; whether we are working on footwork, stick skills, or the mental aspect of the game.
